Book an appointment
Choose a time that suits you. We confirm the appointment by email, and the consultation fee is charged only after the meeting has taken place.
Request a time
The calendar shows the times that are free. Pick one, tell us whether you prefer a video call or a visit to our Mississauga office, and enter a payment card. Nothing is charged at this stage — the card is simply held on file.
We confirm
Your request is reviewed by the office, usually the same business day. We run a conflict-of-interest check, then send you a confirmation email with the appointment details. Until you receive that email the appointment is not confirmed.
Pay after the meeting
Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is charged to the card on file and a receipt is emailed to you. No meeting, no charge.
